SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

To avoid the inevitable delays at NZ Customs  -  we have a universal Goods and Services Tax system that processes all imports at the border,  the unit must be labelled as follows:

• DAMAGED GOODS
• RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY
• NO COMMERCIAL VALUE

Any invoice value declared on shipping documents  must be NIL.

You must notify us of tracking  data so we know when the unit has arrived.

Removing the blades from the unit makes for a much smaller volume package which may lower shipment costs.
